Childhood trauma impacts so many of us, and is often the root cause of many mental health issues. But it is possible to heal. By looking beyond our mental health symptoms and healing our childhood trauma, we can start living happier lives where the trauma no longer has such an impact on us.
The Online Heal Your Trauma Modules for Survivors will take you through the entire process. Featuring 12 in-depth modules, you’ll learn how to heal at your own pace, from the comfort of your own home or other safe place. You’ll learn about the impact of trauma on the brain, triggers, the healing process, caring for your wounded inner child and more.
Cost
Our mission is to provide access to trauma healing services to as many adult survivors of childhood trauma as we can. We have therefore chosen to keep the cost of these modules as minimal as possible. The normal cost for all 12 modules is $97 including GST meaning each module costs only $8. You also might like to make use of the special discounted launch price of $57 for the first 2 months only.
Please note these modules are not a substitute for therapy but they will provide you with ideas and healing strategies that you can try at home. Modules Overview
There are 12 modules in total with 4-6 video lessons in each module. The first 6 modules cover the impact of trauma on the brain and the brain science that shows why creative arts can help you heal from childhood trauma. The last 6 modules take you through the steps of healing and includes interactive activities so you can learn and practice these healing processes for yourself at home.
